I have had a love for yoga since my very first class back in 2018. At first, I was only interested in yoga as an exercise for my body - but it has since grown into a practice for my entire life. I could never have imagined how the lessons I would learn on the mat would serve me in my relationships, intellectual growth, humility and inner peace. I care deeply about my practice, our environment and helping others. I try to live a yogic lifestyle, practicing the Yamas and Niyamas to the best of my ability.
Of all the things that I continue to gain from yoga - learning about myself is by far the most rewarding.
